All Rooms (excluding walls & ceilings):

  • Cornices, skirting boards, Windows (glass, frames, tracks & sills), internal doors, frames & hinges, architraves, door handles, light fittings (including light shade where removable), light switches, power points, fixtures & floors (vacuum and mop)

Kitchen:

  • As above (All Rooms) plus;

  • Oven (internal, external & racks), stove top, rangehood, exhaust filter, benchtops, splash back, kickboards, cabinets (internal, external & shelves), sinks, tapwear, dishwasher (filter, internal & external)

Bedrooms:

  • As above (All Rooms) plus;

  • Built in robes (doors, frames, shelves) or (tracks and mirrors if

    applicable)

Living Room/Media/Hallway:

  • As above (All Rooms) plus;

  • Built in cupboards (doors, frames, shelves) or (tracks and mirrors if

    applicable)

Bathroom & Toilet:

  • As above (All Rooms) plus;

  • Shower (glass, tiles, grout, frame & tap wear), bathtub & tapwear,

    exhaust fan, fixtures (towel rails, hooks, toilet roll holder etc), mirror,

    vanity (internal & external), toilet (internal, external & surroundings),

    wall tiles where applicable.

Laundry:

  • As above (All Rooms) plus;

  • Tub/sink, cabinetry (internal & external), benchtops, splash back, wall

    tiles where applicable.

Garage (with internal access):

  • Dust cornice & skirtings

  • Remove cobwebs

  • Light switches & PowerPoints

  • Internal door (roller door not included)

  • Floors swept/vacuumed

Other Inclusions:

  • Ceiling fans

  • Air Con unit & filters (does not include internal coils or parts)

  • External window glass

  • Sliding doors (glass internal & external, frames & tracks)

ADD ONS - Extra Cost to be quoted as additional time required

  • Walls - Spot cleaned or full wall wash

  • Window Coverings - Where possible and depending on type

  • External Areas - Patio or Balcony (only includes removal of cobwebs, vacuum/mop, externals fans/lights) - We do not offer high pressure cleaning at this time.

  • Rubbish Removal - This will only include small rubbish items, no furniture or large items can be removed.
