Thank you for choosing Beyond Clean Home Services. Our policies are in place to ensure we can provide you with the highest quality service and a smooth, stress-free experience. By booking with us, you’re agreeing to the following terms.

Before Your Clean

  • Vacated Property: Please make sure the property is fully vacated and all rubbish is removed so we can give you the best possible clean. (Large items or furniture left behind may affect the guarantee.)

  • Property Condition: Our quotes are based on a property in reasonably good condition. If there’s heavier build-up, that’s absolutely fine—we’ll just need to allow extra time and fees may apply. Letting us know in advance helps us deliver the most thorough service.

  • Walls: If walls have heavy marks or grime, a wall wash may be needed to guarantee results.

  • Utilities: Power and water must be connected on the day of the clean.

  • Photos: We take before-and-after photos for quality checks and peace of mind.

Bookings & Cancellations

  • A $250 booking fee secures your date, with the remaining balance due on the day by cash or bank transfer.

  • Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. After this period, the booking fee is non-refundable.

  • We understand emergencies happen—but it is highly appreciated to let us know as soon as possible.

What’s Included

  • You’ll receive an inclusions list during quoting so you know exactly what’s covered in your Bond Clean Package. Extra services to be discussed at the time of booking to allow for extra time required.

Public Holidays

  • We observe all public holidays. If any other closure affects your booking, we’ll let you know promptly and reschedule at a time that suits you.

Our Guarantee

  • All bond cleans are guaranteed for 5 business days after completion.

  • If your agent raises any issues, we’ll happily return to fix them within this period—provided no one else has re-entered the property.

  • Please note that walls will only receive a return guarantee if a full wall wash is completed.

Pets

  • We adore animals, but for health and safety purposes, we cannot clean pet urine, feces, or other bodily fluids.

Windows & Glass

  • We take great care with glass but can’t be responsible for pre-existing damage or unexpected glass failure.

  • External windows are cleaned when lawns are ankle length or shorter and free of garden obstructions.

Respect & Care

  • We’re grateful for the wonderful clients we work with and always treat you with respect—we kindly ask the same in return. In the rare event of abusive or aggressive behavior, services will be stopped and full payment required.

Photos & Social Media

  • Photos/videos may be taken to showcase our work and protect against false claims. Your privacy is always respected. If you’d prefer not to have any images shared online, simply let us know before the clean.

Equipment & Products

  • We provide all equipment and products, ensuring everything is professional, safe, and sanitised for your home.

  • This also includes for insurance purposes to ensure that we are covered.

Damages

  • In the unlikely event we cause damage through mishandling, we’ll replace or deduct the cost from your clean.

  • If an item/object is placed in a dangerous or high traffic area or requires us to move it to clean Beyond Clean Home Services take no responsibility in the event of an accidental damage.

  • If you believe something was damaged, please notify us with photo proof within 24 hours.

Safety First

  • Beyond Clean Home Services take pride in our work and customer interaction and therefore have a ZERO tolerate to rude, intimidating, aggressive behavior or bullying of any sort. If this is to occur at the time of a booking or onsite, the clean will be cancelled and fees will apply.

  • For health and safety, under no circumstances will we carry out a clean where there is evidence of any contamination on any surface of human or animal bodily fluids or where there are drug substances or paraphernalia present.
